Generate Nodes at Intersection Points of Lines

The "Generate Nodes at Intersection Points of Lines" option creates a node at the intersection points of lines without splitting the lines.

The function is available under "Tools" → "Generate Nodes at Intersection Points of Lines".

In the work window, you can simply draw a window over the intersection point where a node is to be generated.
