The user‑defined national annexes are stored in the "KombiNorm.dat" file. In case of the default installation of RFEM or RSTAB, you can find the file in the following directory:
C:\ProgramData\Dlubal\RFEM 5.xx\General Data
C:\ProgramData\Dlubal\RSTAB 8.xx\General Data
If you copy this file into the relevant directory on the target computer, it will be possible to use the user‑defined national annexes there, too.
Transferring National Annexes to Other Computers
RFEM and RSTAB provide the option to create national annexes with user-defined partial safety factors and combination coefficients. They can also be transferred to other computers.

Very small torsional moments in the members to be designed often prevent certain design formats. In order to neglect them and still perform the designs, you can define a limit value in RF‑/STEEL EC3 from which torsional shear stresses are taken into account.
The RF‑/STEEL EC3 add-on module automatically transfers the buckling line to be used for the flexural buckling analysis for a cross-section from the cross-section properties. The assignment of the buckling line can be adjusted manually in the module input for general cross-sections in particular, as well as for special cases.
When optimizing cross-sections in the add-on modules, you can also select arbitrarily defined cross-section favorites lists - in addition to the cross-sections from the same cross-section series as the original cross-section.

The seismic design result is categorized into two sections: member requirements and connection requirements.
The "Seismic Requirements" include the Required Flexural Strength and the Required Shear Strength of the beam-to-column connection for moment frames. They are listed in the ‘Moment Frame Connection by Member’ tab. For braced frames, the Required Connection Tensile Strength and the Required Connection Compressive Strength of the brace are listed in the ‘Brace Connection by Member’ tab.
The program provides the performed design checks in tables. The design check details clearly display the formulas and references to the standard.
In the Concrete Design provides an option to perform seismic design according to AISC 341-16 for steel members.
Five SFRS types (Seismic Force-Resisting Systems) are available for this.
During the installation, I get error message R6025. What should I do?
