If the contractor should seriously violate any provision of this DP Agreement, fail to implement a data protection instruction pursuant to Clause 2.4 of this DP Agreement, or refuse to allow audits pursuant to Clause 7.1 of this DP Agreement, the client shall have the right to terminate the contract and/or this DP Agreement at any time without a need to observe an advance notice period, any other provisions of the contract notwithstanding.
