Grate Scaffolding of Long-Distance Power Plant in Berlin-Neukölln, Germany
Ing.-Büro Ehlenz, Beckingen, Germany
The grate scaffolding of biomass power plant in Berlin-Neukölln, Germany, is a structure with a high temperature load.
The long-standing Dlubal customer, engineering office Jürgen Ehlenz from Beckingen, was responsible for the structural analysis of the grate scaffolding with moving parts as well as for the construction and design of piping.
The steel structure is a part of a wood-fired power station furnace.
The grate scaffolding is used to support the rigid and displaceable grate as well as structural components of the combustion furnace with the total mass of approximately 180 t.
The scaffolding also includes a moving part of the grate.
