In the Chinese province of Qinghai, near the city of Haixi, a complex of 23 multi-energy plants is being built, combining different technologies to generate energy from renewable resources. The complex includes a 618-foot-high tower of a solar power plant with an output of 50 MW, whose supporting structure will be completed in mid-2019.
