Troubleshooting of JAVA on WINDOWS 10 with Specific Graphics Cards

I have installed the latest program version and now get the error message "LoadLibrary failed with error 1114: DLL initialization has failed". After clicking OK, the program is closed. How can I fix this?

Answer:

In most cases, this is a problem with JAVA under WINDOWS10 and with certain graphics cards.
