How can I send the current status of a NET-SOFTLOCKS to Dlubal Support?

Answer:

Please send us the C2V file of NET-SOFTLOCK. To do this, open the Admin Control Center on the server at http://localhost:1947. Among Sentinel Keys, you can find the CLONED NET softlock and a "C2V" button at the end of the line.
