I have inserted a block into a file. Now, changes have been made to this block in the block manager. Is it possible to update the already inserted block automatically?

Answer

When you insert a block, the assignment to the block defined in the block manager is lost so that it is not possible to update the already inserted block after changing the block in the block manager. However, in the detail settings of the "Insert Block" dialog box, you can create a named visibility for this block (Figure 1). In this way, it is possible to use the Views project navigator later (Figure 1) to quickly find this block and replace it with the updated block.
