Diagnostic File for License Problems

How can I create a diagnostics file (authorization.txt) in the case of license issues?

Answer:

In case of license problems with RFEM 5, RSTAB 8, SHAPE‑THIN, or RX‑TIMBER, the support team needs the diagnostics file authorization.txt. You can create this file very easily.

RFEM 5 / RSTAB 8 / SHAPE-THIN

Run the program in the demo version. Then, open the menu Help → Authorization → Diagnostics (see Image 01).

RX-TIMBER

Run the demo version of the program. Then, open the menu Help → System Diagnostics. Click the Authorization Info button in the "System Diagnostics" dialog box (see Image 02).
