RWIND Simulation

What are the hardware and system requirements for the RWIND Simulation program?

Answer

The minimum computer configuration for RWIND Simulation is as follows:

  • Working Memory (RAM): 4 GB
  • Processor CPU: x64
  • Free mass storage: 10 GB
  • Screen and graphics card resolution: 1280 x 800 px
  • Operating system: Microsoft Windows 10 64-bit
To use all program capacities, the following computer configuration is recommended:

  • Working Memory (RAM): 64 GB
  • Processor CPU: Intel Core i9-9900K with 8 physical cores or better.
    The number of cores has a positive effect on the calculation time and the respective single-core power on the pure program operation and preparation of the graphics data.
  • Free mass storage: 100 GB
  • Graphics card: A modern ATI or NVIDIA graphics card with OpenGL support (for example, NVIDIA GeForce RTX 2070 or better).
    The built-in GPU is not affected by the calculation.
  • Screen resolution: 1920x1200 px
  • Operating system: Microsoft Windows 10 64-bit
