Authorization Error in SHAPE-THIN 9 Due to Missing License

I have installed SHAPE‑THIN 9. Now, I get a warning message that the authorization failed. The program is only available as a demo version.

Answer:

You have a license for the program SHAPE‑THIN 7 or SHAPE‑THIN 8. Your service contract includes all updates within these program versions.

However, SHAPE‑THIN 9 is a fee-based upgrade. Our sales department will give you a cost quote for switching programs.
