Simplified Import and Export via Conversion File

  • Knowledge Base

Tips & Tricks

In times of BIM, data exchange between the various disciplines of construction is becoming increasingly important. Because each software has its own specifications also for the names of cross‑sections and materials, RFEM and RSTAB offer a conversion table to tackle this issue. In this table, you can easily define the material and cross‑section descriptions for the import and export. It is possible to select the internal Dlubal descriptions comfortably from Dlubal's extensive material and cross-section library. If necessary, you can share this conversion table with other users of the program.
