Nodal Loads by Components

RFEM and RSTAB provide various options for entering nodal loads. These implemented features allow the user to define the nodal loads in relation to different components in space.

The direction of nodal loads can be defined relative to the:

  • Global coordinate system
  • Local coordinate system
  • Direction of the node
  • Direction of the nodes located freely in space
  • Direction of a member
  • Direction of a line
