Saving and Loading User-Defined Unit System as Profile
Tips & Tricks
In RFEM and RSTAB, there are two predefined unit profiles available by default. These profiles cover the metric and the imperial systems of measurement. You can individually adjust the units predefined by Dlubal Software including the decimal places used. In order to keep these changes, it is possible to save a new profile for the units (see Point (1) in the figure).
This profile can be reloaded (see Point (2) in the figure) or transferred from one PC to another. For this, you only need to copy the contents of the ‘Units’ folder in the file directory of RFEM or RSTAB (see Point (3) in the figure). In this way, you can achieve an office standard regarding the units used in all your workplaces.
