Cross-Section Information of Section Areas

SHAPE‑THIN cross‑section properties software provides the option to combine cross‑section parts in a "section" and display the cross‑section properties. Thus, you can determine the values of the individual components in a composite cross‑section.

The dialog graphic shows the selected objects, including the center of gravity C and the shear center M. The cross-section values of the selected objects are listed in a table.

Conversely, user-defined cross-sections can be converted back to editable elements and point elements with the "Reduce section" function.
