If you are planning a project in China, it's even better. Among other things, this add-on performs the ultimate and serviceability limit state design checks of members according to the Chinese standard GB 50017.
Steel Design Add-on for RFEM 6The Timber Design add-on for RFEM 6 / RSTAB 9 is multi-purpose and combines a large number of additional elements. It includes all typical ultimate limit state, stability, serviceability limit state, and fire resistance design checks of timber members according to the Chinese standard GB 50005.
Timber Design Add-on for RFEM 6Are you familiar with the Modal Analysis add-on for RFEM 6 / RSTAB 9 ? It allows you to easily determine natural frequencies and mode shapes.
In contrast, with the Response Spectrum Analysis add-on for RFEM 6 / RSTAB 9, you can perform seismic analyses using the multi-modal response spectrum analysis. Among others, the Chinese standard GB 50011 is implemented here.

Module Extension GB 50010 for RFEM/RSTABOne of the many useful add-on modules by Dlubal is RF‑/STEEL HK for RFEM 5 / RSTAB 8. For example, it designs members and sets of members for the ultimate and the serviceability limit state according to the Hong Kong standard Code of Practice for the Structural Use of Steel 2011 (Buildings Department – Hong Kong).
More About RF-/STEEL HKShear walls and deep beams of a building model are available as independent objects in the design add-ons. This allows for faster filtering of the objects in results, as well as better documentation in the printout report.
The building story generator in the Building Model add-on allows you to automatically create building stories, depending on the topology of the model.
In the Concrete Design provides an option to perform seismic design according to AISC 341-16 for steel members.
Five SFRS types (Seismic Force-Resisting Systems) are available for this.
The combination wizard provides you with the option to consider more than one initial state. RFEM and RSTAB allow you to specify different initial states (prestress, form-finding, strain, and so on) for the target combinations in the combinatorics.
You can thus, for example, generate load states on the basis of a form-finding analysis with varying imperfections.
