The softlock license is not available, what can I do?

Thank you for your inquiry. Please try the following first:

  1. Start RFEM/RSTAB as administrator by clicking the icon on the right and selecting 'Run as Administrator'.

  2. Import the Author.ini file again, and then restart the program.

  3. If this did not work, send me the authorization.txt, which you can create via Help → Authorization → Diagnostics.

Have you changed the hardware of your computer, changed another computer or the operating system, or reinstalled it since the last functional activation?
