An add-on for generating moving loads on surfaces and members is no longer necessary in RFEM 6 and RSTAB 9. A load wizard has been implemented for moving loads on surfaces and members, which is available in the main program.

Moving Loads in RFEM 6
However, you can also use the Script Manager to create moving loads on members. To do this, use the scripts attached to this FAQ. Copy it into the "user_scripts" folder of the respective working directory of RFEM 6 or RSTAB 9.
In the Script Manager, you can then find the "Move" script under "User Scripts". You can run it by double-clicking it.
A dialog box appears where you can enter the amount of the nodal load in the Z-direction, the number of load steps, and the number of the member to be loaded. Click "Run" to generate the corresponding load cases automatically.
