Unifying Project Management for Entire Company
Tips & Tricks
Because of the rapid development in the IT sector, for structural design too the trend is towards a global model. Large projects are rarely carried out by one single engineer. A unified project management is the key to successful work in major projects.
The project manager in RFEM 5 and RSTAB 8 uses only one file for the project management. You can easily store it in a network path. The project data should also be stored on a server. Thus, every user has the same project structure when opening the project manager and can clearly see the last changes.
To set the path for your common project management, select ‘Program Options’ on the ‘Edit’ menu.
