- In your 12-month traineeship, you will go through various departments (Support, Marketing, Sales) and gain exciting insights into the tasks and business areas of an international software company
- 1st month: You work intensively with your mentor in our structural analysis programs and then in Support
- 2nd to 4th months: You provide support to our customers and help them with technical inquiries about our programs via email, phone, and chat
- 5th to 8th months: With your basic knowledge of structural analysis programs, you can now deepen your marketing knowledge. Communicating the advantages and features of our products to the outside world is very important. To do this, you create technical articles and video explanations, conduct webinars, and plan campaigns to promote new features in our programs.
- 9th to 12th months: Finally, you work on the main artery of any business, which is sales. You talk to customers every day, find out about their interests and create suitable offers. Of course, this also includes the acquisition of new customers, which you will do together with our sales manager.
