Your Mission
As a civil engineer in technical support, you’ll serve as the primary point of contact for our users in the Solution Engineering department. You’ll assist our customers with their technical software inquiries, provide valuable guidance, and share your expertise through webinars and product demos. At the same time, your feedback directly influences the further development of our products, allowing you to actively contribute to improving the software and ensuring user satisfaction—always true to our motto: “Enjoy structural analysis …”
