Load Combinations and Result Combinations

You can combine RWIND Simulation load cases with common load cases in load combinations and result combinations. The former incorporate the loads of the contained load cases, the latter of the results. For a detailed description, see Chapter 5 of the RFEM manual.

RWIND Simulation load cases are classified as alternatively acting in the Wind action category. Wind load cases never occur in two directions simultaneously.

Note

Note that wind load cases usually only exist with self-weight. If the separate calculation of an RWIND Simulation load case gives an instability, combine it with the self-weight load case.
