The tangential cyclone is used for the separation of dust and ash particles. It is designed for an internal pressure of 0.27 ksi and a temperature of 482°F. A516 (60) material was used in compliance with the American standard ASTM (which corresponds to P265GH according to EN 10028).
In addition to the service loads, the analysis considers wind loads. The effects (forces and restraining end moments) of the outgoing and incoming pipelines were also taken into account.
