As part of a real estate program dedicated to the development of office buildings, the INNOVESPACE Sautron project has been designed to provide a welcoming environment for companies from the Nantes region. The construction company GH – Girard Hervouet, a long-standing customer of Dlubal, was responsible for all structural work on the building, including roofing, cladding, and metalwork.
The kinetic pavilion, built in the gardens of the chateau Radíč in the Sedlčany region, Czech Republic, is a modern tribute to Roman architecture. Inspired by the Temple of Goddess Vesta in the Forum Romanum, it combines a traditional octagonal column base with an innovative use of wood instead of marble. The kinetic element contributes to its uniqueness and the impressive combination of history and modern approach. Our customer, TIMBER DESIGN s.r.o., is the author of the design solution and the supplier of the turnkey construction.

A particularly exciting customer project is the high-speed toll station by Jiangsu Jingong Space Structure Co., Ltd. In this project, a membrane is supported by an innovative arch truss, which has an interesting appearance and also special properties.
The building has a floor area of about 5,812 ft² and is intended for storage. The complex is divided into 10 different units, with common access from the inner courtyard, each equipped with a mezzanine for storing goods or equipment.
This project is about the construction of an elevator shaft to replace the existing staircase and provide access to the underpass. The shaft was made of surface components consisting of reinforced concrete, ensuring its stability and durability with control of cracking at the same time.
