Time Schedule

0:00 Introduction
1:38 I have created some cross-sections in RSECTION. Why is a message shown telling me that the cross-sections are invalid when running the design in RSTAB/RFEM?
6:24 Why is my cross-section non-designable?
9:25 Is it possible to calculate the spring of a column for a nodal support by the program without modeling the column?
14:15 When I select a certain object, why aren’t the associated objects shown in the „Navigator – Views”?
16:10 When designing steel structures, I get a message that "Bending about the z-axis is not applicable" for the general method. What can I do to still perform a stability analysis?
22:17 How can I create as quickly as possible a rigid connection for a ridge with an end plate using the Steel Joints add-on?

Please Note

During the presentation, you will have the opportunity to ask individual questions.

A computer with internet access is required as well as a loudspeaker, headphones, headset or any other listening device. Alternatively, you can dial in using a phone line for audio connection.

RFEM 6
Hall with Arched Roof

Main Program

The structural analysis program RFEM 6 is the basis of a modular software system. The main program RFEM 6 is used to define structures, materials, and loads of planar and spatial structural systems consisting of plates, walls, shells, and members. The program can also design combined structures as well as solid and contact elements.
