The data can be transferred to Word in RTF, for example. In this case, the entire printout report, including the enclosed graphics, is transferred. To do this, select the printout report menu "File → Export to RTF". You can open the created RTF file directly with Word.
For output as PDF, an integrated PDF printer is available. Use the printout report menu "File → Export to PDF".
