For a cross-section in my model, the STAHL EC3 add-on module uses the wrong yield strength as a function of component thickness. What can be the cause?

Answer

This effect usually occurs in DUENQ cross-sections. When modeling the cross-sections, it should always be ensured that the inputs for height and thickness were not reversed for the elements (see Figure 1).
