Changing Network Dongle to New Server: Instructions

In Admin Control Center, the product names are not displayed. What can I do?


Answer:

Once the network dongle is operated on another server, it is necessary to save the current product information on the new server.
To do this, proceed as follows:

  • Stop the "Sentinel LDK License Manager" service on the server; see Image 02.
  • Download the *.*xml file: https://download.dlubal.com/?file=48521.xml
  • Save the file on the server as C:\Program Files (x86)\Common Files\Aladdin Shared\HASP\vendors (if the "Vendors" folder does not exist, please create it manually).
  • Start the "Sentinel LDK License Manager" service on the server, see Image 02.

Please note:
Perform these steps only if there are no licenses currently in use.
