Question

My network license does not work on my computer, although it works for my colleagues. How can I get the license to work?


Answer:
Go to the Sentinel Admin Control Center (http://localhost: 1947) in the Configuration menu → Access to Remote License Manager and make sure that the "Allow Access to Remote Licenses" and "Broadcast Search for Remote Licenses" check boxes are selected. If so, and the license still does not work, enter the server's IP address directly under "Remote License Search Parameters".
