Shear Connector Design of Cross-Laminated Timber Structures

In this article, we will look at the design of shear connectors of cross‑laminated timber structures that transfer the longitudinal forces of the shear wall to the soil.

At this time, there is no special module in the Dlubal Software program family. There are, however, means of obtaining the necessary internal forces for designing the connectors.

Use the Releases option in the Result Diagram to directly display the integrated forces in the longitudinal direction of the lines. The display is also explained in FAQ 2466.
