Efektywne połączenie drewna, stali i szkła, z których zbudowane są schody zaprojektowane przez biuro projektowe YLEx, dało wizualny efekt lekkości konstrukcji.
Firma EGOIN SA otrzymał kontrakt na wykonanie projektu 35 mieszkań w konstrukcji z drewna w mieście Girona w Hiszpanii. Jako materiał budowlany wybrano drewno klejone krzyżowo (CLT) ze względu na zdolność filtrowania CO2, możliwość zastosowania w dowolnych formach architektonicznych, oraz charakter materiału wpisującego się w filozofię zrównoważonego rozwoju.
