You can set the display properties of the cross-section outline in the Display Properties dialog box (Options → Display Properties → Edit menu). The settings can be found in the Colors → Extras → External Cross-Section Outline or Colors → Extras → Internal Cross-Section Outline category (see Figure 1). The color, type, and thickness of the line can be set separately for the screen and the printout report.
AnswerMostly, it is in this case so that the 'Action Category - Prestress' in the 'Project Navigator - Display' is hidden. All loads contained in a load case with the action category ‘Prestress’ are no longer displayed in this case. When activating the function, the loads should be displayed as usual.
You can adjust the column individually according to your needs.
Go to the toolbar and right-click in the empty gray area. Then, go to 'Customize'.
Now, click the Load Case Description window and it will be highlighted in black.
Now you can go to the right edge of the window and extend it.
To adjust the column width individually, right-click the empty gray area in the toolbar. A shortcut menu appears. Select the "Customize" function.
Now click on the display field of the load case description. It is highlighted in black. Move the mouse to the right edge of the field until arrow symbols appear on the cursor. You can now drag the input field larger (or smaller).
Check your Windows settings: Region and language. The country or region should be set to Czech Republic and the language should be Czech. In the administrative language settings, click Change System Regional Settings ... and set Czech (see video).
AnswerThe line axis systems can be displayed or hidden by using the Project Navigator - Display.
AnswerIf a user-defined panel has already been created, this color scale is displayed in the Display Properties tab of the 'Printout Report' tab in 'Results' -> 'Palette'. If you set it as the default, the graphics in the report are updated automatically.
For some time, I have to cope with display problems in RSTAB and RFEM that make it difficult to work with the software. It mainly affects the display of results. Depending on the zoom in and out, the lines are extended, dotted or absolutely not displayed.
Do you have any idea how to solve this problem?
AnswerIt might be advisable to (de)activate the hardware acceleration. In RSTAB and RFEM, you can activate or deactivate the hardware acceleration (OpenGL) by using the menu 'Options' → 'Program Options' in the 'Graphics' dialog tab.
In addition, an improved smoothing (antialiasing) can be set in the same dialog box to prevent the edge effect. Both options are only activated after restarting the program. It could also be a problem that the graphics card driver is outdated. Under certain circumstances, this may lead to problems when using RSTAB and RFEM. I would, therefore, ask you to update the driver.
AnswerYou can find the setting for this as 'Model' and 'FE Mesh Refinement' in the Display Navigator. If you switch off the checkbox, the symbol for the FE mesh refinement will not be displayed in the structure anymore.
AnswerFor some parameters, additional [Details] buttons are available in the Display Properties. It is necessary to open a new dialog box to scale e.g. the distance or size of the object to the dimensions of the entire model.

Wind Simulation & Wind Load Generation
With the stand-alone program RWIND Simulation, wind flows around simple or complex structures can be simulated by means of a digital wind tunnel.
The generated wind loads acting on these objects can be imported to RFEM or RSTAB.
“Thank you very much for the useful information.
I would like to pay a compliment to your support team. I am always impressed how quickly and professionally the questions are answered. In the industry of structural analysis, I use several software including service contract, but your support is by far the best.”
