Time-dependent analysis is performed for a load case assigned to the “Time-Dependent Analysis” type of analysis. You can assign analysis types and specify time-related parameters in the Load Cases and Load Combinations tabs of the “Load Cases and Combinations” dialog box.
Select the relevant load case in the "List" on the left.

If the “Time-Dependent Analysis (TDA)” add-on has been activated in the model base data, you can select the Static Analysis | Time-Dependent Analysis (TDA) type from the list. Assign this type to each load case for which a time-dependent analysis is to be performed.
