Explore Our Popular Products
Our main programs and modular add-ons allow engineers to design and analyze a wide range of structures made of steel, timber, CLT, concrete, and glass, all according to US and Canadian standards.
RWIND 3
RWIND 3 is CFD wind analysis software for evaluating wind effects on structures. It delivers accurate wind pressure and flow data through a digital wind tunnel simulation.
RSECTION 1
RSECTION 1 is a stand-alone program for calculating thin-walled and solid cross-sections. It determines section properties efficiently and performs reliable stress analysis.
Add-ons
The modular add-on system expands RFEM 6 for specialized design. Engineers analyze structures made of steel, timber, CLT, concrete, glass, and complex steel connections efficiently.
A Decade of U.S. Structural Design
Discover key projects realized by our clients across the United States over the past ten years. These examples showcase the practical application of our software in a wide variety of structural designs.
Bluebonnet in Dallas
The large-scale public artwork “Bluebonnet” is an impressive project by CRAFT | Engineering Studio, a Dlubal customer. The structure was inspired by the state flower of Texas and consists of 570 individually laser-cut aluminum tubes, each bent at varying angles and lengths.
- North Dallas, Texas, USA
John W. Olver Design Building, University of Massachusetts
The engineers of Equilibrium Consulting Inc. modeled and analyzed two main building components utilizing RFEM, including the “zipper trusses” with adjacent steel trusses as well as the timber-concrete composite section trusses.
- Amherst, Massachusetts
Container Structure at Entrance to Motor Enclave in Tampa
RFEM was used to create the complex finite element model of the container structure, consisting of various surface elements and member sections. SHAPE-THIN was used to build custom shapes for the container member cross-sections.
- Florida, USA
North Surrey Sports & Ice Complex
The StructureCraft engineers used RFEM for the analysis of each truss system, determining the main member stresses as well as performing a stability analysis using RF-Stability.
- Surrey, Canada
KF Aerospace Spiral Staircase
For KF Aerospace, StructureCraft’s engineers were presented with a unique and challenging design concept: connect two levels of the museum with a free-standing spiral CLT staircase. RFEM was used to determine the internal forces of the TCC system.
- Kelowna, BC, Canada
Kauffman Center for the Performing Arts
The structural analysis of the atrium's steel‑glass structure was performed using RSTAB by Dlubal customer Novum Structures. In addition, Novum was responsible for engineering, fabricating, and constructing the project.
