Does Dlubal Software provide free support for customers working with the structural analysis programs?

Answer

Free hotline support by fax and e-mail is provided to all customers with the licence of any Dlubal Software product for the complete license period.

Preferential treatment or hotline support via phone (and online support by using desktop sharing tools, if needed) is guaranteed only by a service contract (Basic or Pro) for the corresponding program family.
