Question

How can I change the default header?

Answer:
The default header is created using the customer data stored in the authorization file.
Please inform us about the new data if you want to change the default header. You will then receive an updated authorization file from us. We usually send you the authorization file via email. You can also access your authorization file via your Dlubal account.

Save the Author.ini file on your computer, a USB stick, or something similar. Open RFEM/RSTAB and select the "Load Authorization" subitem under "Help". Enter the path where you copied the authorization file and complete the process.

Then, delete the "DlubalProtocolConfigNew.cfg" file and, if available, the "DlubalProtocolConfig.cfg" file. It contains the default header as well as the user-defined headers that you may have created in the printout report using the Settings → Report Header pull-down menu.
In the case of a standard installation, both files are located in the directory C:\ProgramData\Dlubal\Global\General Data.

We recommend creating a backup copy before deleting the files. Please note that if you delete the files, you will also lose the user-defined printout headers.
