Wrong Sign of Shear Force Diagram Due to No Uniform Member Orientation

I have modeled a simply supported beam with several members. Why are the signs of the shear force diagram partially incorrect?

Answer:

There is very likely no uniform member orientation.

As soon as the member orientation is uniform (right-click on the member → "Reverse Member Orientation"), the signs of the shear force diagram also match.
