Preventing Date Stamping of File

Project data are no longer stored in large shelves, but on secure servers. Each file gets a date stamp, which shows when the file was created, modified, and opened.

To save the current state of a graphic when closing a file, select the "Options" menu and open the "Program Options" dialog box, then go to the "Program" tab, where you can select the check box titled "Automatically save window settings when a model is closed". This has the advantage that when you open the file the next time, it will show the same graphic view. Thus, the modification data are automatically updated every time you close the model. If, however, you only want to check old project data and want to avoid a new date, just clear the selection of this dialog box.
