Na terenie dawnego szpitala amerykańskiego w Heidelbergu-Rohrbach powstaje akademik, w którym będą mogli mieszkać i spotykać się studenci, praktykanci jak i pracownicy związani z Collegium Academicum.
W 2019 roku w Diemersteiner Tal niedaleko Kaiserslautern (Niemcy) powstał niezwykły pawilon. Konstrukcja jest wykonana w całości z drewna i nie wymagała zastosowania żadnych metalowych łączników.
Na śródziemnomorskiej wyspie Formentera powstał nowy budynek z drewna klejonego krzyżowo. Korzysta z niego szkoła żeglarska oraz służy jako centrum sportów wodnych. Jednopiętrowy budynek składa się z dwóch oddzielnych części, które na poziomie dachu są połączone za pomocą głęboko wbudowanych belek z drewna klejonego.
Klient Dlubal, Maderas Besteiro, jest firmą rodzinną prowadzoną już przez trzecie pokolenie, zajmującą się budownictwem drewnianym. Tym projektem firma po raz kolejny potwierdziła, że jej głównym celem jest dostarczanie lokalnym społecznościom domów budowanych zgodnie z filozofią zrównoważonego rozwoju.
Firma EGOIN SA otrzymał kontrakt na wykonanie projektu 35 mieszkań w konstrukcji z drewna w mieście Girona w Hiszpanii. Jako materiał budowlany wybrano drewno klejone krzyżowo (CLT) ze względu na zdolność filtrowania CO2, możliwość zastosowania w dowolnych formach architektonicznych, oraz charakter materiału wpisującego się w filozofię zrównoważonego rozwoju.
