Paul Kieloch Add-on Modules RF-PUNCH Pro RFEM 2D RFEM

In the results dialog 2.1 Punch records I receive a warning or error message no. 56th The FE mesh is not fine enough. How can I adjust that?

Depending on the type of load determination selected, RF-STANZ Pro determines the punching load from the shear forces in the critical round cut.

Here, the surface section sizes from the RFEM model are used.
If the FE mesh in the area of the punching node is not fine enough, this can lead to inaccurate results. In this case, you will receive message no. 56).

To avoid the problem, you can arrange a "FE mesh compaction" in the area of the punching node in the RFEM model. This can be done either directly at the node or at the subsequent lines of the wall ends or wall corners.

If a sufficiently fine FE network compression has been created, this warning message disappears automatically after a recalculation in RF-STANZ Pro.
