Creating Concept for CNC Production of Balcony Railings in Consideration of Structural Analysis, Timber Preservation, and Economic Efficiency

By using CNC technology for the production of structural components for balcony railings, manufacturers aim to ensure a production that is as high and precise as possible.

A customer has always a wide range of options available for selection, always based on a basic motor vehicle. Furthermore, this leads very early to a high degree of prefabrication. Then, the structural components should be mounted in such a way that they only need to be assembled, similarly to an assembly set.

Thus, manual modifications and potential errors resulting from these modifications are supposed to be avoided as far as possible. Moreover, the individual structural components in the corresponding versions should be exchangeable in any order. Thus, several connections of horizontal beams on vertical struts will be uniformly standardized.
