How do I combine several submodels to form an overall model?

Answer

If you are only interested in the geometry, you can select the desired elements, copy them with Ctrl + C and paste them into the other file with Ctrl + V.

The easiest way to combine several positions including the loads is to store the individual positions as a block. These blocks can then be imported into an existing position via the block manager including the loads.

In order to save the model, you must select the entire structure or just individual components and save them as a block (see Figure 1). The block is then moved to another position
inserted, the load cases of the block are appended to the load cases of the model. An integration
The load cases in existing load cases is not yet possible via an automatic system and must be done manually. The simplest way to do this is with the function "Add load cases" (see Figure 2).
