Service Contract

Are the updates of my add-on modules covered by the service contract?

Answer:

The service contracts for the RFEM 5 and RSTAB 8 program generation are intended to update the current main program as well as all available add-on modules. We refer to this as an 'update of the respective main program (for example, from RFEM 5.12 to RFEM 5.13).

For all available and current add-on modules, it is thus possible to get free of charge:

New features and functions for design
Error corrections, if necessary
Optimization of calculation and design
Possible adjustments or corrections of the standards

These are a part of the service contract.

The service contract does not include the upgrades to new program versions (for example, from RFEM 4.xx to RFEM 5.xx) or to new add-on modules, if applicable, released due to extensive revisions.
