In RF‑CONCRETE Surfaces, I obtain a high amount of reinforcement in relation to a lever arm that is almost zero. How is such a small lever arm of internal forces created?
I want to design a crack width of 0.1 mm in RF‑CONCRETE Surfaces. But when entering "0.10 mm" as the limit value, I get an error message saying that only a value between 0.2 to 0.4 mm can be designed.
Why it is required to enter a concrete cover in SHAPE‑MASSIVE? The position of the individual reinforcement bars is specified directly in the cross‑section definition anyway.
I have modeled a wall with basic reinforcement (diameter 12 mm, distance 15 cm, same inside and outside). This would result in the provided basic reinforcement of 7.54 cm²/m for each side. However, the module only shows one half (3.77 cm²/m) as the provided basic reinforcement inside or outside. Why?
Is the RF‑CONCRETE Surfaces add-on module able to determine and calculate a required reinforcement with the corresponding diameter for the design without the direct crack width analysis according to EN 1992‑1‑1, 7.3.3?
