Differently Acting Load Cases for Automatically Created Combinations
Tips & Tricks
To combine load cases in an action category as desired, you must first specify if they occur together or individually.
Besides the options “Simultaneously” and “Alternatively,” you can also use the “Differently” option, which allows for a more detailed definition. To do this, you must first assign each load case to a group.
An “-” denotes a simultaneous action (that is, all load cases marked in this way can occur together or individually). While load cases with the same group number cannot occur together, it is possible to add load cases from other groups to the combination.
The picture illustrates this using a simple example.
