For an imperfection I receive the warning 12211 saying that members have different rotations. What can I do?

Answer

Imperfections are applied parallel to the local y-axis or z-axis of a member. If a set of members is selected as a reference for the imperfection, then all members contained in the set of members should be oriented the same way and the set of members should be straight.
To check if the members are all parallel to each other, you can use the 'Select Special' > 'Members' > 'Parallel to Member' function. Please watch the video.
If a member is not parallel, it is recommended to check and, if necessary, align the coordinates of the nodes. It is also possible, provided that no other members are connected to the nodes, to simply pull the end nodes of the non-parallel member towards each other.
