How can I set the deformation coefficient kdef in the program?

Answer

You can set the deformation coefficient kdef under General Data of the model. There, you can specify the deformation coefficient manually or also select it on the basis of the service class.

The program considers the deformation coefficient kdef in the load combinations for serviceability (similar to DIN EN 1995‑1‑1, 2.2.3).
