It is necessary to define the additional loads that have to be considered in Construction Stage 3. To do this, first create a new load case of the "Live Loads" action category. You can create this load case directly in the "Loads and Load Combinations" table. Then, define a new surface load with the size 0.20 kN and the load direction Zp (global in Z on the projected surface) and assign it to the membrane surface.
