You can adjust the height and the width of a graphic in the "Graphic Printout" dialog box → "General Settings" tab → "Graphic Image - Size and Rotation," see the figure.
If you want to remove a graphic from the printout report, right-click the graphic and select the "Remove from Printout Report" option in the shortcut menu (Figure 01).
As an alternative, you can use the "Remove from Printout Report" function by right-clicking the relevant entry in the Printout Report Navigator (Figure 02).
It is also possible to delete several graphics at the same time. To do this, first select the relevant graphics by holding down the Ctrl key and then select the "Remove from Printout Report" option in the shortcut menu (Figure 03).
When a query appears whether you want to remove the selected items from the printout report, click "Yes" to confirm (Figure 04).
The default path for the company logo is C:\ProgramData\Dlubal\Global\General Data\Logo.bmp.
This path should appear automatically in the printout report header settings, see the figure.
The path for the customer logo should also be visible and editable in the registry under Computer\HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\WOW6432Node\DLUBAL\AUTHORIZATION.
As an alternative, please save your company logo in the bmp format and under the name "Logo.bmp" in the directory C:\ProgramData\Dlubal\Global\General Data.
In order to print the image without loads and without reference to a load case, it is necessary to hide all results and loads.
Only if there is no text in the title and max/min info, the image is printed without any reference in the printout report.
The graphic is printed to the monitor at the same scale as the display scale. There is no other setting option in the printout dialog box (Figure 01).Therefore, adjust the graphic on the screen accordingly.
The content of the printout report can be defined in the "Printout Report Selection" dialog box. To add the cross-section data, select the check box in Table 1.13 Cross-Sections (RFEM) or Table 1.3 Cross-Sections (RSTAB). Click the [...] button to open the "Cross-Section Details" dialog box (Figure 01), where you can select the details you want.
For multiple selection, press the Ctrl key (single selection) or the Shift key (area selection) and click the relevant entries with the left mouse button (Figure 02).
The scope can be defined by clicking the "Edit Cross-Section Details" button (Figure 03). The entries have an effect on all selected entries (highlighted in blue).
The video shows how to add the cross-section details of Cross-Sections 2, 5, 7, and 8 to the printout report.
When printing a graphic with the "window filling" setting, all objects of the window content, which can be displayed absolutely, are printed in the printout report. However, the variable objects, such as the text of dimensions or comments, do not limit this graphic because the text is scaled according to the zoom setting.
It is usually very easy to check whether all objects meet this requirement: To do this, activate the display of light positions in the Project Navigator - Display. All objects that are now within the dashed box are usually also shown in the printout report.
As an alternative, you can also use the "As screen view" setting for the graphic printing in such a case.
There are only some fictitious blank pages inserted and added to the table of contents. Thus, the printout report can be printed out on paper and then supplemented with your own documents from other programs (Excel tables, Word documents, or drawings). The table of contents and the page numbering are adjusted automatically.
In the "Properties" dialog box, you can change the title of a chapter and enter an additional comment, which will appear on the left page margin of the printout report. It is possible to show or hide this additional text.
You can also insert additional comments to the graphics in the printout report.
In RFEM and RSTAB, you can insert external images into the printout report.
For this, you need to copy the image to the Clipboard using [Ctrl+C]. Click "Insert" → "Image from Clipboard" in the printout report menu to insert the image into the printout report.
This image appears as a separate section at the end of the printout report and you can move it to any position using the drag-and-drop function.
This feature also allows you to print a clipping plane in the printout report. To do this, take a screenshot of the clipping plane and copy it to the clipboard.
