AnswerThe reason for this error message is the wrong title of the excel-sheet. The sheet with the acceleration data should be named "Acceleration Data" so that the module knows in which sheet the data is contained.
AnswerThe export of the model is easily possible. The export function of the program offers various interfaces. Using the EXCEL interface, the desired tables and formulas can be quickly transferred to EXCEL (see Figure 1). In the opposite way, of course, the tables can also be read in via the import function in RSTAB / RFEM (see Figure 2).
AnswerWhen importing tables, select File -> Import, activate the "Formulas in tables and parameters" check box in the "Options" tab of the "Import from Microsoft Excel - Settings" window (see Figure 1).When importing tables using the Excel button of the current table, activate the "Formulas in table" check box. If the parameters have not yet been created, select the "Parameters" check box (see Figure 2).
The node support forces can be exported in Table 4.1 "Nodes - Support Forces" (RFEM) or 4.4 "Nodes - Support Forces" (RSTAB) by using the [Export / Import of Table] button. Under "Results for LC / CO / RC", you can decide if the currently set load case or combination, all or only specific load cases, load and result combinations should be exported.
In this case, the COM interface of Excel is not registered correctly. Reasons for this may be the following:- “Registry cleaners” (for example CCleaner...) destroyed the registration
- The anti-virus software blocks the export
- Missing user rights
To re-register the COM server of Excel, start the DLInstaller.exe by right-clicking the function --> “Run as administrator”. Then switch to the tab “Diagnostics” and start the process (see image 2).
Start RFEM/RSTAB to test the export/import again.
